This position will be responsible for executing fully developed print, web and interface design solutions, with an awareness and sensitivity to brand values. At least five years professional experience in both web and print design is required. Agency experience is a plus.

Secondary Attributes:

The Account Director is the experienced, strategic and management leader for assigned client accounts.  They supervise and monitor the progress against goals: business development, strategic, financial and operational for each individual account assigned.  The Account Director is continuously pursuing a stronger consultative relationship with key management contacts for each account, and should also be viewed as an approachable leader to the project team and others internally.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Present & recommend strategic SN capabilities to clients
• Identify strategic and all other opportunities within assigned accounts
• Build strong, client/agency relationship by achieving clients’ strategic objectives & goals
• Develop and/or maintain Account Action Plan (AAP) for each major client assigned
• Actively review the financial status of accounts assigned
• Identify program scope, deliverables, and key milestones
• Participate in reporting activity towards projected financial goals (forecast meetings)
• Ensure timely and clear communication throughout the life of the program
• Monitor the budget, resources, and the overall program’s success
• Anticipate potential pitfalls and proactively plan to avoid them
• Lead, mentor, manage account managers and project managers on assigned accounts
• Support in conversation and actions StudioNorth’s employees and management team
